Terms and Conditions

This contract is between

AND the one of the following end-users:

DeD-Host is an Australian company delivering the highest quality of servers availiable to the Australian Community.
All our servers are pre-paid and are on a subscription payment system, to be paid monthly unless otherwise stated.
You will not gain access to a server until we have recieved your payment(s).
If you do not follow the terms and rules of this license agreement, DeD-Host reserves the right to suspend or cancel your service.
DeD-Host reserves the right to add or alter any regulations, in this license agreement, as they see fit.

When ordering one of DeD-Host's services you; the customer must give correct and up to date information. I.E: Name, Address etc.
Incomplete order applications will not be accepted.
The customer may not place an order for someone else but their self.
If DeD-Host, at any time, reveals that the information given is faulty. The services will be immediately suspended.
Once the service is ordered, processed and paid, the customer will not be able to undo the purchase.
DeD-Host reserves the right to choose which contract they wish to, or do not wish to accept.

At this time we will only accept payments through via the following methods:
1. Paypal.

When payment has been registered the account will be activated.
The customer will be the owner of his/her account and have full control over the server.
The account owner is solely responsible for the actions of the server administrators.

The customer may not change the number of max-players to a higher number than what is agreed upon.
The name of the server must always start with �DeD-Host.com:�, if �Tag-Removal� has been purchased.
The server may not be used for other commercial purposes, such as promoting a business.
You are not allowed to upload any copyrighted material, to the server ftp, without the permission of the owner.
You are not allowed to upload and install any modifications which have a negative effect on the server performance.
You are not allowed to upload files which have no connection to the functionality of the rented server.
Do not update any server software. DeD-Host takes care of updating your server when new updates are made available.
You may not use the DeD-Host services for any abusive activities.
DeD-Host reserves an absolute right to determine for itself what is abusive, pornographic, offensive, or inappropriate and will terminate the service in the event it deems any use to violate the said Policy.
Any use or attempted use of system to engage in software piracy or other illegal activities will result in an immediate termination of service.
If any use of ethnical, sexual or other forms of discrimination is somehow affiliated with the use of the server the account will be terminated.
DeD-Host accepts no responsibility for damages caused by our clients servers.

Temporary downtimes due to scheduled server maintenance, will be announced 2 days ahead.
Temporary downtimes due to the maintenance of security may be done at any time without being announced.
DeD-Host is not liable for inconsistencies in the latency to the server.
DeD-Host is not liable for any downtime caused by factors which are not within our control; Such as internet latency or other similar factors.
System backup is not guaranteed and each client therefore agrees to maintain a backup copy of his or her modifications, server configurations or any other important information, and to store the same on his or her own computer.

Support will only be given on the services that DeD-Host offers.
Support will not be given on modifications to servers, which DeD-Host do not provide.
All support questions shall be sent via the help page on DeD-Host's website: www.ded-host.com.

In case of abuse DeD-Host reserves themselves the right to suspend, or even terminate the services, as we see fit.
